Creativity is a social thing: sharing ideas, trying things out together, discussing them. Music in particular thrives on community—in composing, producing, and especially in listening.
The exhibition “Der Computer jodelt” (The Computer Yodels), created for the Alpentöne festival in collaboration with HSLU Music and Computer Science, brings artificial intelligence to life in the context of music production. Visitors approach the topic via a three-part educational space: an introductory room provides context and poses key questions, an experiential room enables direct contact with creative AI processes through simple interactions, and a digital room expands the exhibition with AI radio. This allows for exchange and discussion of the topic even beyond the physical visit to the exhibition.
